We will complete a comprehensive Notes document for all your passwords and the work we have completed for you. Note: There will be several updates throughout the project.

We can work with both Windows and Apple applications and products. This list is not compresensive and we can help you with all your IT needs. Drawing on our vast experience we can research and put together a system and package to suit you. So drop us an email.

Rates

As each job is different and often we will need to troubleshoot, we are based on an hourly rate between $50 - $70. We do charge for travel for jobs less than 3 hours. We will charge travel at $1.00 per kilometer up to a maximum of $40. If we need to purchase some parts for you these will be charged to you on invoice at cost.

Because we want to ensure our customers are getting the best value for thier money we will always review the time spent vs the actual cost to ensure our customers get the best price for the project.

Travel cost can also be reduced for smaller jobs by allowing remote access via Chrome Remote desktop. Give us a call if you think this will meet your needs better than an actual visit.
